4. Time-Out & Cooling-Off Periods
A time-out is a temporary suspension of your heyjita account. It is designed for players who feel they need a short break from gaming but do not wish to request full self-exclusion. Time-out periods available on heyjita are:

- 48 hours — a weekend-length break
- 7 days — a full week away
- 30 days — a month-long cooling-off period
During a time-out, you cannot log in to your heyjita account, place any bets, or make any deposits. All pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed normally.
