1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using heyjita in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all services provided by heyjita including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering activity available on the platform.

heyjita reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use heyjita after any such change, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with heyjita's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of heyjita is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement and admits no exceptions. heyjita employs age verification processes, including the review of government-issued identification documents such as the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport, to confirm that all registered players meet this requirement.

By registering an account on heyjita, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on heyjita or any other gaming platform.

heyjita reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any point during a player's lifetime on the platform, not only at the time of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any pending withdrawal requests until compliance is established.

heyjita takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all gameplay will be voided, and any balance held in the account will be withheld pending investigation. Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming sites.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services available on heyjita, players must register a personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on heyjita. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a variation of the same name, a pseudonym, or via a third party acting on the player's behalf — is strictly prohibited. heyjita employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonus funds will be voided, and a formal investigation will be conducted prior to any consideration of withdrawal requests.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: heyjita is committed to operating a safe and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all players are required to complete a KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. This process requires the submission of:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of a government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh NID or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number).

heyjita reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Account credentials, including username and password, are personal to the registered account holder and must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. heyjita accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from a player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

heyjita supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve the Bangladesh market. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer with select partner banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on heyjita is ৳200. There is no processing fee charged by heyjita on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the heyjita account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or scheduled payment provider maintenance, in which case heyjita will not be held liable for any resulting inconvenience.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. Requests submitted to bKash and Nagad are typically fulfilled within five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times. heyjita does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct a transaction fee at their end, over which heyjita has no control.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The requesting account must have completed full KYC verification;
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
• Any active bonus funds in the account must have met the applicable wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility;
• heyjita reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger automated fraud detection systems, which may temporarily delay processing.

heyjita is not a financial institution and does not hold player funds as deposits under any banking regulation. Player balances represent a credit held for the purpose of gaming activity on the heyjita platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

heyjita offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day celebrations.

All bonuses issued by heyjita are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the bonus is offered. These bonus-specific terms govern, among other things:

• Wagering requirements: The multiple by which a bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be processed;
• Eligible games: The specific games or game categories that contribute to wagering requirements. Contributions from different game types may vary (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage);
• Expiry: The period within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonuses not fulfilled within the stated period will expire and be removed from the account balance along with any winnings derived from them;
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: Players with an active bonus may be subject to a maximum single-bet stake limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided;
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Certain promotions cap the total amount that can be withdrawn as winnings derived from bonus funds.

heyjita reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. The exploitation of bonus mechanics through low-risk betting strategies, the use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed by heyjita to constitute bonus abuse will result in the voiding of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using heyjita, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with applicable laws and the standards of fair play expected of all participants on the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or bonus policies;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, whether in live casino games, sports betting, or any other product;
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with heyjita systems in a manner not intended by heyjita, including but not limited to automated betting systems, screen scrapers, or API abuse;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of converting them to a different currency or payment method via the withdrawal process without genuine gaming activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing heyjita staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel;
• Attempting to hack, probe, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of heyjita;
• Exploiting any technical error, software fault, or pricing anomaly on the platform. Any winnings obtained as a result of a manifest error are void. Players are required to report errors to support@heyjita as soon as they are discovered.

heyjita reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void bets, suspend accounts, withhold funds, or take any other action it deems necessary in response to suspected breach of these obligations. Decisions made by heyjita under this clause are final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on heyjita — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of heyjita or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use heyjita solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any heyjita content without express written permission;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any heyjita software or content;
• Use heyjita's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any context — commercial or otherwise — without prior written authorisation from heyjita;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the heyjita platform on any other website or application.

Game content available on heyjita is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios and are subject to their own licence terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

heyjita provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players where practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, heyjita shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, heyjita;
• Any interruption or cessation of the platform caused by circumstances outside heyjita's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider outages, natural disasters, or regulatory action;
• Losses arising from the use of game software provided by third-party studios, where such losses are attributable to errors, faults, or anomalies in that software;
• Any taxation liability arising from gaming winnings — players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit heyjita's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where heyjita is found liable despite the foregoing limitations, the aggregate liability of heyjita to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
